It's been a minute since I've been a sap, so let me express some appreciation 💜

I'm feeling so very thankful for all the wonderful people who come through our doors to support us! How lucky are we! It literally warms my fricken heart when we recieve compliments about our efficiency, our quality and our service 💜 of course, we can't be everyone's cup of tea and that's okay too. I love when people say "wow, you guys all look like you like working here!" THAT makes me want to cry.

Thank you for your support and patience as we constantly strive to be the best we can be!

Above all of that, and most importantly, I would like to acknowledge our amazing staff! Seriously, we have the BEST team. I'm so so so proud of you all! I love watching the front of house staff be their most authentic and genuine selves while serving tables and making our space so positive and bright - and it's incredible to witness the back of house staff work so hard in the kitchen to prep and cook for all of our guests! It's amazing to watch first hand a team transform into Leaders! It's like a well-oiled machine. We are the definition of controlled chaos and I wouldn't want to have it any other way!

Owning and running a restaurant is BYFAR the hardest job I've ever had. It is extremely stressful at times, it is filled with ups and downs, something is always breaking and navigating all of that can be so challenging but I still don't regret it and I feel so lucky and honored to be apart of this community that is Roasted Nomad 💗
