Elotes Locos

We decided to take Mexico's favourite street corn and make it easier to eat without all the mess. Sweet kernals of corn dressed in a creamy tangy sauce, topped with feta and hot sauce.

It's a great side to accompany our birria tacos.

The national cheese pull of El Salvador

If you've never had a papusa before you're in for a treat. Seasoned pork, cheese, and beans wrapped and griddled in a toasty corn dough.

We serve them in appetizer portions or if you want to go all in we have a meal sized option as well.

All made by hand in house at JC's.

Slow stewed meat, melty cheese, doubled up corn tortillas for crunch, and of course a spiced umami bomb of broth to dip these into.
