In December of 1999, Stella’s Café & Bakery opened its doors to Winnipeg and the concept was simple; high quality ingredients, a healthy and inspired menu with everything made from scratch and friendly service.

Meet Amparo, General Manager of the Stella’s commissary and one of the people helping lead the team behind the scenes.

Every day, bread is baked, soups are simmered, sauces are made, and family recipes are brought to life in the 15,000-square-foot kitchen that helps supply Stella’s locations across Winnipeg.

For a lot of Winnipeggers, Stella’s has been part of the routine for years. Not because of trends, but because it feels familiar.

We know you love us, but you’ve probably ordered the same thing every time you’ve come to eat with us.

We get it. It’s good. Really good.
