Chef Eejay’s soup today is vegan Thai Coconut. Chef Mario has whipped up some gluten friendly quinoa salad & veggie rolls and some delicious chicken dumplings with an apple slaw on the side. The Break Away Café is participating in Le Burger Week! From September 1-14th we’ll be offering a limited number of our burger creation from Monday-Friday served from 11:30-1:30 or until we run out for the day! (We are closed Labour day.) Behold our burger, the Beijing Bliss! Inspired by a profound love of wontons, our Manitoba pork patty is seasoned generously with garlic, ginger, soy, sesame and chives from our organic garden. It is served up on a toasted Brioche with bacon wrapped pineapple, slaw and sriracha aioli!
