We have a long list of Thanks

We would like to start with God.

Next I would mention our staff. They have stepped up when we were short staffed and did many tasks that were not easy. They would serve and cook for people of all walks of life and treat them with respect
They would run around to make sure the customers were happy.

They would share in their happy milestones and comfort them in their sad milestones

If I was writing this letter on paper you would see the tear marks.

We will miss them.

We would like to thanks our customers who have supported us over the last 6 1/2 years and many have become friends.

We would get to know our customers and see when they were walking up and we would get their order started. We would say" here comes the steak people or dry rye guy.
Sometimes they would give us a surprise and switch their order.

If you ever watch the show CHEERS. Well that is what it felt like with our customers and staff. We would get to know their family and life.

We get Christmas and Birthday Cards from our customers. One family would give us a pic of family every year It would make our day, when we received them.

We have met a lot of people over the years and will cherish all of the memories.

We are not going to lie. There were times when we didn't know if we were gong to make it during covid. Some days we didn't see many customers or the phone didnt ring.

We managed to pull through stronger and better.

We would like to thank The Poirier family for being there for us during covid when we were struggling.

We would like to thank Tony Blaks - Union Bakery for supplying our delicious bread.

It was a hard decision to sell the restaurant.
Our last day will be April 10

We would like to thank our families for supporting us

Thanks to other restaurant owners for talking and sharing their advice

There is so many other thanks we have to do and we will personally talk to you.
