We’ve been getting a lot of questions asking, "What is tamarind?"

🌿 Tamarind is a tropical fruit with a sweet, tangy, slightly sour flavor. Thai cuisine uses tamarind for Pad Thai sauce, Papaya Salad (Som tum) dressing, marinades and dipping sauces, drinks and desserts.
