Owned and operated by the Blak family, Anthony and his children Peter III and Stefani. A Family of Bakers Since 1904. Tracing our roots to Peter Blak who learnt to bake at the Bristol Hotel, in Warsaw Poland. He passed on the tradition to his son Peter Blak jr my father, who passed it on to me Tony Blak, and I'm, passing it on to my son Peter Blak III.
