This Saturday, lunch is Brazilian. 🇧🇷

We're firing up a classic: Carne Assada com Batata, slow-roasted beef and golden potatoes made the way it's done in Brazilian homes, served with our creamy Brazilian potato salad on the side. Familiar comfort food, with a flavour you haven't met yet.

Come find us at Maria Bonita Kitchen, cooking inside The Tipsy Toucan at 1444 Ottawa Street, Windsor. We're serving from 1 PM this Saturday, October 3, and it's going while it lasts.

The big day is here!

Maria Bonita Kitchen officially opens this Saturday, September 19, at 12 PM, inside The Tipsy Toucan at 1444 Ottawa Street in Windsor.

We are two Brazilian women bringing a little piece of Brazil to the city, everything made from scratch and full of flavors you will not find anywhere else.

For opening day, we are serving the full menu and Feijoada, Brazil's iconic black bean and pork stew (limited to just 30 plates).

Our menu takes you across the country, region by region: Tilápia with cassava from the north, Dadinho de Tapioca from the northeast, Empadão de Frango from the central west, and Picanha with garlic bread from the south.

And of course, the pub specials you already love plus our Brazilian burgers, pastel, coxinha, and bolinha de queijo.

Come hungry, bring your people, and taste Brazil right here in Windsor.

Brazil is not one flavor. It is many!

From the Amazon in the north to the churrasco tables of the south, every region of Brazil cooks a little differently. Our main menu takes you across all of them, one corner of the country at a time, made from scratch and made our way.

We are keeping the dishes to ourselves a little longer, because some things are worth the wait. What we can tell you is this: two Brazilian women, one kitchen, and a whole country to show you.

We open on Saturday, September 19, at The Tipsy Toucan. Come with an appetite and an open mind, and follow along so you do not miss the reveal.
