For two nights only, September 4th & 5th, we’re switching things up at Bacchus with a special Mediterranean Tasting Menu created by three chefs coming together for one collaboration.

Chef Charbel × Chef Fox × Chef Habibi (Rayan Mykal)

The evening features:

1st Course
Mezze
An assortment of Mediterranean dips, spreads & tapenades.

2nd Course
Braised Short Rib Arancini
Mozzarella, pulled short rib, demi-glace & grainy Dijon aioli.

3rd Course (Your Choice)
🥩 Charred Lamb — Grilled lamb chops, hazelnut dukkah, romesco, pomegranate molasses & Yukon fondant.

OR

🍤 Mediterranean Prawns — Jumbo prawns, Vesuvio noodles, olives, red onion, roasted red pepper & tomato basil sauce.

Dessert
Lemon Berry Pavlova
