The Optimist Club of South Windsor is excited to announce that all vendor spaces for our 2nd Annual Picnic in the Park Series Food Drive have now been filled! 🎉
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the amazing food vendors, merchandise vendors, artisans, bakers, community groups, and non-profit organizations who have committed to being part of this year's series. Because of your incredible support, we are looking forward to four fantastic community events that will help support our 2026 beneficiaries:

❤️ Feeding Windsor Essex
We encourage everyone to come out and support our vendors, learn about the many organizations serving our community, enjoy great food and family activities, and help us collect donations for local families in need.

🎆 August 29 – Memorial & Optimist Parks (Grand Finale Fireworks)
🎬 September 19 – Garry Dugal Park (Movie Night)
If you were unable to secure a vendor space this year, don't worry!
📢 Watch our social media beginning in March 2027 when we open vendor registration for next year's 3rd Annual Picnic in the Park Series Food Drive. Vendor spots filled quickly this year, so you'll want to reserve your space early.
