Sunday morning couldn't be any better! Cool weather! Minimal smoke! Mimosas!!!!🍾🥂 and a big bowl of what happens when you mix Mexico 🇲🇽 and Canada together! Mexican breakfast poutine! Get in my belly! Two poached eggs on top of crispy hash browns topped with taco beef, sautéed peppers and onions, shredded cheese, hollandaise, salsa and cilantro lime crema! 😲
