Drive thru plan market happening tomorrow at the High School Parking Lot, rain or shine (:

Gii Ken Daan Nah? Students from the Wiikwemkoong High School work at the community greenhouse. In a partnership with Wiikwemkoong Ontario Works and Focus Forward, they are hosting a drive-through "PLANT MARKET".

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN GROWING YOUR OWN TOMATOES?
Starter plants are available

This Saturday, May 8th, Wiikwemkoong community members are invited to a 'Beefsteak Tomato Drive-Thru Plant Market' from 12:30 pm to 3pm at the High School Parking Lot. Walk-ups welcomed also! Open Rain or Shine.

Plants are free but Donations are welcome. All proceeds will go back to the Greenhouse Technicians Fund. Please feel free to bring along a box or tray for us to load into. Maximum 10 plants per household.

The Greenhouse Technicians are student employees/trainees who are being trained in greenhouse operations.
