Setting the table for another wedding tasting. 🍽️✨

One of our favourite parts of wedding catering — giving our couples a chance to sit down, taste the food, and fine-tune the menu before the big day.

And yes… the homemade focaccia is making an appearance. Because apparently we’ve decided store-bought dinner rolls are no longer acceptable around here. 😂

💍 A Wedding in the Middle of a Field? We’re In. 🌾

Saturday took Dinner & Company out to a beautiful outdoor wedding in Clarington — and when we say we can bring the kitchen to you, we mean it.

No commercial kitchen. No problem.

We brought in a propane/electric convection oven, powered it with a generator (Shout out to Josh for keeping it humming), fired up the pizza ovens, a stove top burner and created a full wedding meal right there in the middle of a field.

It took some planning, a whole lot of equipment and a hardworking crew — but seeing everything come together for the bride, groom and their guests made it completely worth it.

There’s something pretty special about cooking great food in the open air and watching a field transform into a wedding celebration. ❤️

Today’s lunch heading out for a Lakeridge Health meeting — our Southwest Chicken Bowls.

Grilled Southwest-seasoned chicken over cilantro-lime rice, loaded with black beans, fire-roasted corn, fresh pico de gallo, crisp greens and house-made guacamole. 🥑🌽🍅

And the best part? This entire lunch is gluten-free and dairy-free — no substitutions or separate meals required.

Perfect for meetings, staff lunches and corporate events where you want something a little more exciting than the usual sandwiches and wraps.
