For the past 15 years, Chef Jorge Muñoz Santos has brought the warmth, energy and flavours of his Spanish roots to Whistler. From his early days at Araxi to leading the kitchen at Bar Oso, Jorge has created a place where sharing food is at the heart of every experience.

Inspired by the tapas bars he grew up with in Madrid, his menus celebrate bold flavours, exceptional ingredients and the joy of gathering around the table.
