Happy national Linguine day! 🍝🍝 Linguine is a staple in our restaurant, its our core pasta served on our evening dinner menu, with our famous chicken parmigiana.

We make it fresh in our Whistler village location every single day ❤️🍝

Linguine can be traced back to the 1700s where it was first documented in Genoa, Italy 🇮🇹. Linguine translates to "little tongues" in Italian, due to the strands looking like little tongues on the edges.
