FULL-TIME BARISTA — 4-DAY WORK WEEK
Alpha Cafe is looking for an experienced full-time barista to join our team in Whistler.
We’re a busy, independent local café with a loyal customer base, a great team and a strong focus on quality coffee, good food and genuinely good service.
If you’re an experienced barista who enjoys a busy café environment, takes pride in what you do and wants a solid full-time position with a 4-day work week and tips, we’d love to hear from you.
THE ROLE
Full-time hours over 4 days
Weekend availability is required
Experienced barista — experience is essential
Tips on top of your hourly wage
Competitive pay based on experience

Has solid barista experience and can confidently handle a busy service
Is comfortable working independently on the coffee machine
Takes pride in quality, consistency and presentation
Is fast, organised and calm when things get hectic
Has excellent customer service and communication skills
Works well as part of a team
Is reliable, hardworking and brings a positive attitude
Is happy to jump in and help wherever needed
