BAKER WANTED 🍪

Calling all early risers, flavour chasers, and dough whisperers.

Rockit Coffee is on the hunt for a Morning Baker who’s equal parts food-loving perfectionist and creative force. If you know your way around a baking tray, love building a sandwich that actually slaps, this is your chance.

We make everything in-house, from our famous cookies to roasted meats for sandwiches. So yeah, your skills matter.

Oh, and did we mention you’ll be done by early afternoon most days? That means plenty of time to do the Whistler things: bike, hike, lake, repeat.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Bake like a boss: Cookies, Muffins, Cakes, All from scratch
• Handle hot-side prep: Roasted meats, Sandwich production
• 5am start time
• Either 5 / 8 hour days or 4 / 10 hour days

WHAT YOU’LL GET:
• Starting at $21 an hour + tips
• Staff accommodation (Limited availability)
• Full time 35 - 40 hours a week
• Staff Meals

Every great café has its heartbeat — the hum of the grinder, the hiss of the steam wand, the buzz of people connecting. At Rockit Coffee, our baristas are that heartbeat.

We’re not just pouring lattes — we’re creating a space that hums with energy, rhythm, and real connection. Where the drinks are dialed, the décor is sharp, and the atmosphere hits just right.

We’re looking for baristas who can bring that pulse to every shift: pulling shots, steaming milk, and fueling the vibe that makes Rockit what it is.

This isn’t your average café gig. We’re a vibe — as caffeinated as we are photogenic.

● Capture and encourage in-the-moment content for social — with support from our marketing crew
