The final touch.

Warm Valrhona Chocolate Fondant and currently finished with Earl Grey tea ice cream and milk chocolate feuilletine — a balance of rich chocolate, delicate texture and subtle notes of tea.

Made and finished by our Pastry Chef Aaron Heath and his team, because the last course deserves just as much attention as the first.

A year to remember.

On July 25, we gathered at North Arm Farm for our 15th Araxi Longtable Dinner — an afternoon shaped by incredible food, w**e, community and, of course, a little West Coast rain.

The weather may have brought us into the barn, but it was the energy of our guests that brought it to life. Thank you for arriving with a sense of adventure and making our 15th year one we won’t soon forget.

This is only the beginning of our look back. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing a video series capturing the people, culinary creations and moments that made this year so special.

For those who joined us, keep an eye on your inbox, we’ll also be sharing the full photo gallery so you can revisit the day and share your favourite moments.

Here’s to 15 years around the table.

A taste of the coast, through the lens of Executive Chef Ying Gao.

BC sablefish is marinated in miso and paired with shiitake mushrooms, braised daikon, edamame and shaved radish, finished in a fragrant lemongrass ginger dashi broth.

Rich yet delicate, and grounded in the ingredients of British Columbia.
