Hey Bestea! 💖

We’ve had an amazing response to our Little Bestea Crew program!

This year’s event is a trial run, so spots are limited to ages 5–8 as we prepare for next year’s Little Bestea Crew and Junior Bestea Crew programs.

Our Junior Bestea Crew will be designed for older youth who are looking to gain customer service experience, earn a certificate that can be used toward volunteer hours (where accepted by their school or organization), and strengthen their résumé for future job applications.

More details on the Junior Bestea Crew will be announced next year. We can’t wait to grow this program with our community! 🩷

Hey Bestea!

Little Bestea Crew! ☕️

A one hour educational café experience where children get a behind the scenes look at how a café operates while learning responsibility, teamwork, customer service, and cleanliness in a fun, supervised environment.

Before signing up, please read:

• Ages 5–8 years old.

🩷 There is no cost to participate. Little Bestea Crew is a complimentary educational experience provided by Meok Ja.

• Educational experience only, this is not employment.
• Each child will be assigned a simple learning station, just like a real café shift, to help them understand how different roles work.
• Activities are light, age appropriate, and closely supervised from start to finish.
• All activities are designed specifically for children and adapted to their age.
• No heavy work, hot equipment, knives, hazardous tasks, or cash handling.
• Children will learn about customer service, cleanliness, teamwork, and behind the scenes café operations.
• Every participant will make and enjoy their own Meok Ja drink.
• Every participant will receive a Little Bestea Crew Certificate upon completion.
• Parent or guardian must sign a consent and waiver form before participation.
• A parent or guardian must remain nearby and be available throughout the program but does not need to stay inside the café.
• Please let us know about any allergies or medical concerns before the program begins.
• Spots are limited to provide every child with a safe, fun, and personalized learning experience.
