What a weekend…

This much needed rain certainly didn’t keep our Graze team down. This weekend we launched our new line of Frappuccinos, provided a private food truck for our friends over at and added a few new menu items for you to try.

We invite you to stop in on your way to work for our incredible breakfast bun & coffee combo, at just $9 it’s the perfect way to start your day. Available Monday - Friday from 7am - 9am. If you’re looking for something a little more decadent we certainly recommend our new Local Saskatoon Frappe, it’s truly exceptional!

Handcrafted, locally sourced food, Alberta beers, craft cocktails & adult milkshakes are what Graze Burger Co is all about.

Happy Wednesday!

Our Bison Benedict & Breakfast Sandwich have quickly become guest favourites & best sellers.

Our Bison Benedict starts with gently braised local Bison atop a freshly baked .farmhouse.bakery biscuit with roasted red pepper, caramelized onion, local organic Alberta poached eggs & our incredible scratch hollandaise.

If you’re looking for more than a common breakfast sandwich, we’ve got you covered. We start with a classic French omelette, camosun cheddar, local arugula, tomato, your choice of bacon or ham in a baked fresh daily croissant.

Of course both menu items pay incredibly with one of our delicious lattes. We invite you to stop in & try for yourself.

We absolutely love these warmer temps!

Today we’re featuring our incredibly popular Watermelon & Feta salad. For those that haven’t had the opportunity to try it, we start with fresh watermelon, cucumber, tomato, fresh local mint, crispy chickpea, scratch raita & our strawberry champagne vinaigrette. This salad has been a summer staple at The Glens Grill & on our food truck. It’s so refreshing!

We’re also featuring a delicious White Chocolate Mocha for our coffee of today & our soup is local Taco Beef Chilli with sour crème, chive, cheese & organic blue corn tortilla.

Better Built Benedict’s…

Each morning our kitchen crew bakes our biscuits for our incredible variations of Egg’s Benedict. Our friends over at The Farmhouse Bakery grown their own wheat & mill their own flour for these amazing biscuits. From there we use locally sourced, organic, Alberta, free run eggs, scratch hollandaise & your choice of protein. Today’s photo is our Classic Benedict shown with our local fingerling potato hash. Our elevated take on a brunch favourite.

Today Maddie created a delicious Latte to go with your Eggs Benedict. Introducing her dark chocolate & toasted coconut latte. Stop in & she’ll prepare one for you.
