Today, I will lock the door of Sushi Q for the last time, marking the end of a wonderful 12-year journey. I am grateful for the opportunity to have served so many kind people and be part of the Sushi Q family. I have witnessed many milestones, from first dates to weddings, births, birthdays, anniversaries and even the passing of cherished regulars. I have seen first time strangers become regular visitors and great friends. I will miss the lovely kids who suddenly grew up during the COVID-19 pandemic. I appreciate the unconditional support and hard work of my husband Tom, who helped me fulfill my dream of opening my own restaurant. I also thank my brother, who helped me cook and manage the daily operations of Sushi Q in the beginning, and all my family and friends who supported us. I am grateful for my workers who stood by my side until the end. Thank you all for your kind words and for making this journey possible. This is how we roll. Sushi Q.
