Design: Summer Sorbet
One of my favorite things about this floral cupcake set is that no two batches are ever exactly the same. Inspired by the bright, refreshing colors of summer fruit sorbets - mango, orange, peach, lemon, berries, and all the sweet flavors of the season. I blend a variety of buttercream colors to create each collection.
Every time I make this set, the colors shift a little, giving it its own unique personality. But the feeling always stays the same: a cold, sweet sorbet on a hot summer day.

For this version, I used:
Wilton: Pink, Creamy Peach
AmeriColor: Golden Yellow, Moss Green
Sugarflair: Fuchsia, Honey Gold, Autumn Leaf, Gooseberry

I love how these shades come together to create bright, cheerful blooms that feel like summer in cupcake form.

Bouquet of 19 cupcakes ...

Red roses, lilies, and a reminder that beauty can still bloom through difficult days.

This bouquet was one of the last arrangements I created before the flooding. The past few days have been stressful, but I'm grateful to be finding my way back, one stem at a time. 🙂
