First off: Thank you to everyone for such an amazing summer so far. It has been a wild one of overwhelming support and customers. We could not be happier with the 2026 season!
Second Note: The Scoop Shack inventory was hit hard the last two days. It is small today but Ernest will be scooping from Noon to 8pm... as long as the stock holds up. Ice Cream run is happening tomorrow morning and we apologize to those who didn't get their favourites in the last few days. Ernest and Will are doing all they can to keep up.
Sauce and toppings are also restocked in the next 24 hours. Thank you to everyone who understands that we are on an island that stock is not delivered daily or at all and we need to go retrieve it from the mainland. This is a process and we know that our amazing customers know that the ins and outs of running a business is challenging anywhere.
Lastly on this post: All of the flavours currently on the board are all the stock currently in the freezer (and only one tub of each) so please remember so everyone has the option of a sweet treat on a beautiful Wednesday, Ernest will only be serving baby, small or mediums for today. Slushies and popsicles are options as well so if you need a cool down, they are always available.
