Welcome September

As summer is winding down and the days are beginning to get a little shorter, we welcome you to our small town restaurant in the country!

Enjoy this last week of holidays as Back-to-school is just around the corner, it’s hard to believe another beautiful summer is coming to an end.

Soon the leaves will begin to change, filling the countryside with beautiful shades of red, orange, and gold. It’s the perfect time of year to take a scenic country drive out to Wellesley, enjoy the changing scenery, and stop in for a good home-cooked meal along your way. We look forward to serving you.

Don’t forget to come visit our town’s ABC Festival on the last Saturday in September, which is September 26th.

Hello August

August has a way of reminding us to slow down and appreciate what’s left of our short summers here in Canada.

It’s a season of beautiful, hot, sunny days where we get to squeeze in some last-minute beach days, take our last week of summer holidays, camping at a cottage, making the most out of this last part of the season before the back to school busyness begins.

We wish to thank everyone who chooses to come to Schmidtsville to enjoy a meal with friends, family, or by yourself.

We thank you for your kind words and continued support and are grateful that you have chosen to spend part of your day with us.

As you drive out To Schmidtsville, slow down and enjoy the golden wheat, swinging in the breeze, the corn reaching for the sky, or the smell of fresh cut hay, before you know it this season will be behind us for another year.

Once again… Thank you for choosing Schmidtsville. We look forward to seeing and serving you throughout August and wish you good health as you enjoy these beautiful hot days before autumn comes calling.

Summer is finally here, bringing sunny days, family adventures, and plenty of opportunities to get out and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Hello Summer Weather!

This beautiful month came much too fast!

Everywhere we look, spring is alive. The sun is shining, the days are long and it’s a blessing every day to be alive and able to enjoy each moment of the scenery That living in this area gives us.

Thank you for continuing to come to our little town restaurant and your support is such a blessing.

School will be ending this month so celebrate by bringing your kiddos or grandchildren to visit us.

May...Oh, how I love you!!
Spring has arrived!
The flowers are blooming, the birds are singing, the grass is green, farmers are planting, allergies are flaring and the trees are turning green.
Spring...you are beautiful!!
We will have the occasional cold day, but there is so much to look forward to, so much beauty in God's creation as everything around us springs to life after a long, hard Winter.
Thank you to those who have been able to come all Winter and welcome back to those who are now getting out to visit us again! You have been missed and we look forward to seeing you again.
Every morning when I wake up, I thank God for a new day, I pray for my family, and I pray that Schmidtsville will be on someone's mind.
I am humbled and grateful, and do not take for granted that our supportive customers drive the distance to Wellesley and choose our restaurant to eat at.
