A Fond Farewell from The Leisure Café
In 1999, we took a leap of faith and bought an old, somewhat questionable building here in Welland. Over the years, with a lot of care (and countless coats of plaster and paint!), it became not just the home of our business — but our home in every sense of the word.
Now, as of our closing on April 30th, we will take the next step to sell or lease the building and move on to new adventures.
We want to say a heartfelt thank you. The warmth, welcome, and ongoing support from this community have meant more to us than words can say.
Welland, and the friendships we've made, will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Here's to new beginnings and to the wonderful memories we'll carry with us from The Leisure Café.
