Eggs Benedict - the best in town by far! Homemade Borscht soup
Bruschetta with mozzarella or feta cheese
Loaded fries, poutine, turkey poutine, philly steak poutine
Sweet potato fries with our zesty ranch dip
**Homemade cabbage rolls in homemade sauce - get them dine in or take out as many or as few as you wish, but you cant leave without trying one!
**Blue Star perogies- with onions and bacon is recommended! Broasted chicken- dine in, take out, big order, small order.. Broasted HONKIN' chicken wings
Fish and chips
Roast turkey, roast pork, roast beef- served with your choice of potato and soup or salad
Our 'TRIO' dinners are a great option for those who like a little taste of everything. All trios include soup or salad. Blue Star Trio- baby back ribs, broasted chicken & potato skins
Ukrainian Trio- Broasted chicken, homemade perogies, & homemade cabbage rolls
Fisherman's Trio- Santa fe haddock (grilled with peppers, onions, spices, grilled scallops & shrimp) with rice
Greek Trio- Chicken shishkabob served over a bed of rice with greek salad
Banquet Trio- baby beef liver & onions, broasted chicken, italian sausage with peppers & onions with a side of broasted potatoes

Not to mention all of our cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches, pasta, salads, burgers, award winning breakfast and homemade desserts! Blue Star is the perfect place to get that warm "from your moma's kitchen" kinda meal! Come in and visit us soon!

Peter and I are so happy to share our love and joy with our 1 year Anniversary of ownership of Blue Star Restaurant! Our business means the world to us! We love our customers so incredibly…. We would not be who we are completely with out the amazing staff we have! We are so very blessed to have them be with us on this journey with us. Thank you to our amazing morning staff to our afternoon and evening crew.
