Most people think our father’s hospitality journey began when he purchased The Mediterraneo in the early 2000s.
But the truth is, it started long before that.
It was a lifelong passion, shaped by years spent working in fine-dining establishments, family-run kitchens, and everywhere in between. Years of learning, creating, serving, and perfecting his craft.
Long before he had a restaurant of his own, he had already built something far more important — a love for food, hospitality, and bringing people together around a table.
The Mediterraneo wasn’t the beginning of his story.
It was the continuation of a dream he had spent a lifetime preparing for.
