I didn’t build Forno Fino to sell sandwiches.
I built it to build a different life.
For years, my time belonged to someone else. My calendar, my weekends, my routine. I wanted to create something that reflected who I am and the way I wanted to live.
This trailer became my kitchen, my restaurant, my office, my billboard, and most importantly, my freedom.
Every festival, every catering event, every customer who came back reminded me that building something meaningful is worth the risk.
This carousel isn’t about food.
It’s about purpose.
