Palak Paneer is one of the most enjoyed curries, it originated from northern India 🇮🇳. Let’s make this delicious palak paneer.
Recipe
• 250 grams of fresh spinach (palak)
• 200 grams of paneer, cubed 🧀
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped 🧅
• 1-2 green chilies, slit (adjust to taste)🌶️
• 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste🫚🧄
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 2 tablespoons cream (optional, can substitute with yogurt or milk)
• 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed
