Roots & Roosts is our family run farm, currently known as AAA Farm. Located on a scenic bluff overlooking the Ottawa River in Waltham Quebec.

Our farm rests on a bluff overlooking the Ottawa river. The granite mountain and the Ottawa river create a unique micro ecosystem allowing a wide variety of crops to grow. We use proven natural growing methods and also integrate modern greenhouse techniques such as tomato clips and raised beds. This allows for healthier w**d free plants without the use of chemicals. We do not specialize in only one crop allowing us to experiment with natures bounty. But all of our vegetable crops are grown from heirloom seeds. Our crops include asparagus, spring onions, hascap, service berries and both red and black currants, blueberries, raspberries, mulberries, blackberries, tomatoes, melons, apples, plums, pears and potatoes. We also use our produce to home can jams, jellies and sauces. Most jams, jellies and sauces are available in regular, hot, hotter and hottest. Depending on your taste. Don't knock Raspberry Jalapeno jam until you try it!
