For the first time in a long time... we finally get to share some good news.
When Rita's closed, it honestly felt like we had lost a piece of ourselves. We poured our hearts into that restaurant. We celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, first dates, family dinners, and countless ordinary Thursdays that somehow became special because they were spent around our tables.
Walking away wasn't what we wanted.
But sometimes life closes one door so another can open.
Today, we're so incredibly proud (and a little emotional) to introduce our next chapter...

Now in Sombra
A new name.
A new location.
A fresh new beginning.
But the heart of what we do hasn't changed.
You'll still find the homemade meals you've been craving, the comfort food made with love, and the welcoming atmosphere that always felt like coming home. We've also added some exciting new dishes that we can't wait for you to try.
This restaurant represents resilience. It represents refusing to give up when everything told us to. Most of all, it represents the people who believed in us when we needed it most.
To every customer who sent us messages, shared our posts, checked in on us, or simply said, "We'll be wherever you go" thank you. You helped us make this dream possible.
We're putting the final touches on everything now, and we are counting down the days until we can finally open our doors.
