A man of conviction
fast and true
Some thought to be fiction
only he really knew
A man of heart
worn on his sleeve
He was set apart
as we now grieve
If you knew Bob
A man of valor
an invaluable trait
His unwitting manner
and love for debate
A man of wisdom
a scholar through life
Would leave most of us numb
and cut like a knife
If you knew Bob
A man of humor
who could make us all laugh
And a guardian Tudor
now on the right path
A man of fight
with virtue and praise
Who brought us the light
and brightened our days
