Victoria, let’s bring the heat 🔥! Join Canadian Culinary Championship 🏆 for an exciting and thrilling evening this coming September 29th at Oak Bay Beach Hotel!

This year Chef Castro Boateng will be competing alongside Victoria’s top chefs Samuel Harris from Cafe Brio; Corbin Mathany from Ugly Duckling & Provisions; Israel Alvarez from MaiiZ Nixtamal Deetah; and Paul Moran from Sixty Forty !

Alongside Milton Rebello CCC of Liv Cafe & Bistro, the winner of the regional qualifier will represent Victoria at the national finals on the main stage in Ottawa 🇨🇦
