Hello Victoria! We’d like to introduce you to a REAL hot chicken sandwich. We are not going to go ahead and call this a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich as we want to respect that name because it comes with great folklore and prestige. However, we would like to tell you that we have created something a little more than a Frank’s tossed chicken sandwich. First, we drench in a wet sauce of chilli flakes, cayenne, chilli powder and lots of other spicy love. Then, we dust with our Jones Gun Powder which is a toasty but tasty combination of habanero power, chill powered, cayenne and paprika. This little diddy will be on the menu Saturday and Sunday at our Cook Street location before we fine tune it and put it on our menu in both locations. Come have a taste and let us know what you think! You may not be hallucinating after you eat this but we will sure get you sweating!
