PRESCHOOL GRADUATION..it was a pleasure to cater a graduation ceremony at a daycare today. The kids were very excited to get their diplomas and the parents were so proud of them when they sang a song altogether after the ceremony. Everybody enjoyed the small buffet we set-up with some treats for all ages.

“Fear of the corona virus is keeping people away from restaurants. So here’s something you can do: go to your favourite restaurant and buy a gift certificate (or get it online if possible). Buy it directly from the restaurant, so they get the use of your money for a month or two. Then when things are settled down, treat your sweetie to an evening out and use your certificate!”

Last minute Valentines treats for my family..easy, tastes great and looks good. Just melt Lindt thin chocolate, pour it onto parchment paper and sprinkle with nuts and berries. I used pistachio and goji berries I froze from our yard last summer. Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️
