Parachute Icecream Scoop Shop We are a couple of local entrepreneurs who thought it would be a great idea to make good quality ice cream. We proudly make all our ice cream on site.

We currently offer traditional dairy, Water Buffalo Milk Frozen yogurt and Vegan ice cream options. Even things like the brownies that go in the Brown Butter Brownie Ice Cream, the rhubarb compote and crumble for the Rhubarb Crumble ice cream, and the hand chopped mint for the Mint Dark Chocolate. We try and do as much as we can in house and we try to use as much local product from local businesse

s as we can. Our Water Buffalo Milk is provided by McClintock's Farm in the Comox Valley and made by happy Grass fed animals. Our Vanilla is provided by a local father and son Victoria business. The list goes on!We basically want to make a great product and be a positive member of the community.

Layers of classic tiramisu in every scoop! We start with a rich cream cheese ice cream, fold in espresso soaked cake & finish it with a generous dusting of cocoa powder🤌

We knew our birthday party wouldn’t be complete without bringing back our MOST requested & fan fav flavour!! (for good reason ofc, she truly is the best🤌)

I scream🗣️you scream🗣️we all scream for ICE CREAM PIES!!🗣️
We knew we had to do something special for our 10th birthday so we’ve been working our ice cream butts off to create the ultimate treat for you all!

We’re created two amazing perfect stunning 10th birthday worthy flavours:

1. A buttery flakey pie crust filled with our house made lemon curd, Lemon Cream and finished off with toasted Italian meringue

2. The same delicious buttery flakey crust (if it ain’t broken am I right😮‍💨) filled with our famous fudge sauce and Salted Skor, topped with a cream cheese buttercream swirl, dark chocolate curls & salted caramel crisp pearls!

Available NOW at all 3 stores!!

‼️Please note: These will be available first come first serve Friday & Saturday. We will restock each day. We’re making as many as we can so hopefully no one misses out but we know how wacko speciality drops can be so make sure to come early if you’re after one!!

We’re about start some real trouble now that we’re double digits😎

But actually where has the time gone?🤧
A whole decade of scooping ice cream, creating memories, late nights, early mornings & getting to be part of this incredible community. What started as a small dream has grown into something bigger than we could have ever imagined & it’s all because of each & everyone one of you!!

Over the years we’ve shared first dates🙂‍↕️, birthday celebrations, summer evenings, after dinner treats🤪, friend hangs & so many small moments that turned into lifelong memories. Watching people grow up alongside us, seeing familiar faces return year after year & meeting so many amazing people along the way has meant more than we could ever put into words (sorry still crying🤧)

Like any small business there have been hard days, busy days, unforgettable days, & so many moments we’ll carry with us forever. Through all of it, this community has supported us in ways we’ll never stop being grateful for

To every customer, employee, friend, family member & supporter who has walked through our doors over the last 10 years, THANK YOU🩵 Thank you for showing up, spreading the word, celebrating your daily wins & making Parachute what it is today

It truly speaks for itself… but in case you can’t hear it, let me introduce you🗣️

Crafted with yogurt made from Water Buffalo milk (yes those rlly big animals🐃) right from the Comox Valley at McClintock Farms! It’s thick, creamy, tangy and refreshing all at once. The blackberry brings a deep, jammy sweetness perfectly balanced out with the zingy lime juice

If you need even more convincing, we asked Mb to explain Froyo to the people 📣

It’s a long weekend, it’s gonna be nice & Carrot Cake is available in scoops & pints ….. what more could a girl want👸

If you haven’t tried this one yet, you are truly missing out!! It has the most delicious amazing cream cheese base and then we load it up with chunks of our house made carrot cake!
Made without all that extra (unnecessary if you ask me) pizazz✨ There’s no nuts, no coconut, no pineapple, no raisins, just a perfectly spiced carrot cake that speaks for itself🤌 (apologies if you like pizazz, you’ll still really like this flavour I swear)
