Hello OSO fans! Happy New Year to all! First, we want to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who supported us on this wonderful adventure. It’s been almost 5 years of so much love and great memories. Thank you for all your love, your support, your beautiful comments, and so much more. Thank you for choosing us repeatedly, thank you for all our awards, and for thinking of us for your special events, tours, and events in the city. 2025 was a very difficult year for OSO. We suffered some losses after opening our second location. Unfortunately, we were misinformed, and this led to our first closure. In addition to this, foot traffic at both locations decreased significantly, forcing us to make the difficult decision to discontinue operations in shopping malls. During this time, we had to pay for a commercial kitchen, transportation, and the cost of ingredients like chocolate increased enormously. Everyone who tasted our yummy desserts knew that we were all about chocolate—our ganache, our dips, etc.—and we really didn’t want to sacrifice our prices and affect our customers and products. All of this, without adequate foot traffic, means our business is no longer a profitable model that can fit into shopping malls. We worked hard from Monday to Sunday, from 4:00 a.m. until closing at 6:00 p.m., without any days off. It was exhausting, but we did it with all our love and passion—no regrets about it. All of this so that we could have fresh and beautiful desserts. We did everything ourselves, managed our own social media, etc., but there are only two of us on the team, so we can’t keep doing the same thing. :) We want you to know that this will be a short break while we find a new place we can call home again, including everything we need and more. You’ll still see us at the city markets. This isn’t the end of Oso. Stay tuned to our social media. Thank you, sweet Victoria, we’ll miss you!
