Korean fried chicken owes its deliciousness to seasoning ingredients such as green onions, garlic, rice vinegar, ginger and cornstarch. The sauce too plays an important role in adding more flavours to the dish.

Also a kick of side of pickled radish, which is a great palate cleanser and adds a refreshing crunch to the meal.
