We never actually mentioned on our menu that our Ethiopia H**e G1 Muntasha earned 2nd Place in the Natural Processing at the 2025–2026 Ethiopia Taste of Harvest competition. Since its release, it has quietly become one of our top best selling coffees every week.

Now we’re down to our last batch. We tried to order more, but unfortunately, it’s already sold out. We’ve saved some specifically for our pour over bar, so if you haven’t tried it yet, we really recommend stopping by for a cup before it’s gone.

After weeks of troubleshooting and replacing a few parts, we finally fixed our beautiful espresso machine! ☕️❤️

It was stressful at times, but also a great opportunity to learn more about how our machine really works.

A huge thank you to Geir, the founder of Drumroaster Coffee, for all the help and patience! This is a very rare machine, and we’re grateful he passed this beauty on to us. We’ll share more about its story another time!

Another new coffee has arrived! ☕️✨

If you enjoyed the Caturra from Wilton Benitez at Granja Paraíso 92 that we served two years ago, we think you’re going to love this one.

This time, we chose something a little different: an Orange Bourbon from Granja Paraíso 92.

The cup opens with refreshing eucalyptus and mint, followed by the delicate sweetness of vanilla and dried persimmon. As it cools, the sweetness continues to build, revealing beautiful clarity, balance, and a long, elegant finish.

It’s a very unique coffee with a flavour profile that’s quite different from what we usually have in our lineup, and that’s exactly why we wanted to bring it in.☕️

Our Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Jasmine Co-Fermentation is finally back!

The last release sold out in just six weeks, so if you loved it last time or have been waiting to try it, don’t wait too long.

In the cup, jasmine blossoms lead the experience, unfolding into fragrant notes reminiscent of White Peach Oolong and Longjing tea. Bright pomelo and soft citrus bring freshness, while a honey-like sweetness carries across the palate. As the coffee cools, subtle hints of mangosteen emerge, adding another layer of depth to this beautifully floral and expressive cup.
