Royal Garden will be closed August 15-17, reopening Tuesday, August 18, as our family and team take some time away to attend a family wedding.
Since August 2, our team has had the privilege of preparing and serving hundreds of meals to fire evacuees and first responders working tirelessly to support our community.
It has been an incredibly busy and emotional 12 days. From our cooks preparing meal after meal, to our front-of-house team welcoming evacuees, to our dishwashers keeping everything moving behind the scenes - every member of our team has worked tirelessly to help wherever we could.
After nearly two weeks, we're tired too.
During our closure, we'll also be taking the opportunity to complete a refresh to our walk-in cooler, which will help us better serve our customer and community moving forward.
We feel terrible knowing that we won't be able to serve evacuees for these few days, especially during a time when so many people still need support. But we recognize that we need to take care of our team so we can continue to take care of you.
To everyone affected by the fires, our thoughts remain with you. To the firefighters, first responders, and ESS volunteers, thank you for everything you continue to do. And to our incredible Royal Garden staff, thank you for stepping up and giving so much during these past 2 weeks.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back Tuesday, August 18.
