We’re ready to hit it out of the park tomorrow. ⚾🍔

to Spring 2018, when we were building Shabbang Food Truck.

Armed with steampunk goggles, a drill, and what can only be described as professional-level goofing around, we were hard at work building what would become Shabbang.

Somehow, those days of sawdust and 2x4s turned into 9 amazing seasons serving the Okanagan.

Unfortunately, due to wildfire smoke, tonight's Polson Night Market has been cancelled.

We're disappointed, especially after all the excitement around our one-night-only Beef Birria special.

For everyone who placed a pre-order, we will be issuing refunds for your order.

Thank you for all the support and enthusiasm this week. It means a lot to our small business.

The good news? The Birria isn't gone forever. We'll bring this special back at a future event, and we'll be sure to give you plenty of notice when we do.

Stay safe, and we'll see you again soon.
