10 years ago on May the 4th we hired a super keen red headed baker. She quickly became an integral part of our team and business. Not only is she a phenomenal pastry chef we have had the pleasure to watch her grow as a manager and leader.

We are so thankful for Alyssa and all that she contributes to Ratio. We can’t imagine this place without you. Thanks for all the hard work and here is to many more years of delicious pastries and team work! 🥂

We’ve got 2 part-time baker positions open at Ratio Coffee & Pastry!

☕ 2–3 shifts per week
🌅 Early starts (5am or 9am = afternoons free 🙌)
📅 Weekend availability needed (but flexible!)
🎓 Perfect for post-secondary students

No experience? No problem.
If you’re willing to work hard and learn, we’ll teach you the basics of baking alongside a great team.
