Lenchner's bakery was founded in Israel in 1946, by Dov Lenchner. One of his sons, Zeev Lenchner moved to Canada in the 70s and opened the current location of Lenchner's in Toronto. In addition to that, we use only Halav Israel (Israel milk) and Kemach Yashan (Yashan Flour). You can't find that elsewhere in the city! d to stores, but are also available to walk-in customers. It gives you the pleasure of baking fresh pastries and bread at home! One of the most popular Lenchner's items are bourekas, which are savoury puff dough pastries with a variety of fillings (feta cheese, feta & green olives, potato & mushroom, spinach). They are available in h'ors d'oeuvres size too, which makes them perfect for parties! Challah bread is also quite popular and comes in either plain or sweet (with raisins). We make a large variety of pastries such as croissants (butter or chocolate), danishes, cinnamon buns, rugelach, and strudels. We offer deliveries and pick-ups in store. You can call to place larger orders, or simply drop by to pick up smaller items. Stop by and pick up some pastries to bake at home!
