There are very few rules in the Bottega kitchen. Good bread is one of them. 🤌🥪
The rest? We like to play.
A little sweet where you expect salty. Something spicy because why not? An ingredient combination that sounds slightly questionable until you take the first bite and suddenly it makes perfect sense. 😂
That’s the fun of our sammys they’re built with years of experience, but never boxed in by tradition.
We know the rules. We respect the rules.
And then sometimes… we make a sandwich out of them. 🇮🇹
