OUR PIZZA
There is so much interpretation as to what Neapolitan pizza means. Hand stretched dough? Smaller size diameter? Minimal ingredients? Intensely hot oven? Quick cooking? Yes, it's all of this and so much more. In Naples, Italy, in fact there is such a thing as the "pizza police" that stipulates what can and cannot be called a Neapolitan Pizza. With so many rules and preconceived notions, our goal is to make the best pizza possible while respecting the integrity of the craft. We call our pizza Pan-Neapolitan because frankly, we take great pride and care in our craft.
Our dough has 4 ingredients: "00" fine milled flour, natural yeast, water and salt. We top our pizzas sparingly, which includes Pecorino Romano, fresh mozzarella cheese, and our special sauce recipe that highlights the flavour of the San Marzano tomato. Our dough is made in small batches, allowed to rise slowly and hand stretched to order. Our pizzas bake for 90 seconds in our 925° hand-made hearth oven.

A Pannino's pizza is handcrafted and made to order. It's a rustic pizza, 11" diameter, features a charred soft raised outer crust. The toppings are equally balanced with the sauce and cheese so that it cooks evenly in our incredibly hot oven.

We’ve used the same recipe for 50 years (it’s the best we’ve ever seen), then bake it to golden perfection and sprinkle it with cornmeal for extra crispness. There’s nothing else like it.
Piles of pepperoni. We use 100% lean and crispy pepperoni on each and every large thin or thicker crust pizza we make. It’s what makes a Pannino’s pizza unmistakable.
Family-recipe sausage. Our family's sausage recipe is filled with special seasonings (and no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives) – and we’ve been using it since 1963.
Premium cheese. Bulk? Processed? Never. We use only real Canadian Cheese—naturally smoked, aged Provolone cheese, to be exact—because it’s just more flavorful. And, you can also get fresh mozzarella you don't find at the other places.
Fresh, hand-cut veggies. Forget freeze-dried and frozen. From our roma tomatoes and onions to our green peppers, our veggies are always fresh and sliced by hand every day in every restaurant.
Gluten-Free. Gluten-free options at your finger tips in each and every one of our restaurants. We searched for years for the perfect gluten-free pizza, and we haven't found a better offering.
