The Cubano - This sandwich was taught to me by an old Cuban lady I met one day while traveling by horse through the mountains of Cuba.
Nah, I just made all that up. Just like I made up this entire sandwich. I hated Cuba, in fact.
Smoked roast pork, honey ham, S&S pickles, Swiss cheese, Cressy mustard, S&S cubano sauce pressed on a butter toasted bun. All made in house (but the bun), absolute š„š„
