👉 Lahmacun (lah-mah-DJOON), a flatbread similar to pizza, served with seasoned minced beef as a topping accompanied by fresh veggies
👉 Simit, a sesame-covered twisted bagel, a staple of Turkish mornings
👉 Kol Börek, a savoury pastry stuffed with seasoned beef
👉 Poğaça, a bread roll stuffed with savoury ingredients and brushed with egg yolk
👉Turkish Coffee, strong and aromatic
👉 Turkish Tea, served in traditional tulip cups, dilute to your taste
