The Blue Parrot was established in 1979 and named after the competing bar to Rick's American Café in the famous Humphrey Bogart film, Casablanca. It has changed hands only once and is currently a family owned and operated business. We serve freshly squeezed juice and all natural real fruit smoothies to support the healthy lifestyle of our patrons. We do not use any preservatives and do not have any deep fried foods. We are proud to be a "Beyond Green™" operation. We strive to use environmentally friendly products, reduce our waste and energy consumption. It is one of the few places you can still get a steaming hot latte in our signature clear glass mug. Serving up anything from our regular drip organic coffee to any outlandish customer requests, you are sure to find a beverage to suit your tastes. All of the Blue Parrot baristas are trained on our Italian espresso machines that churn out precise and exacting coffee every time. We are constantly taking suggestions and following current trends to come up with new and innovative ways of serving coffee. Come in and enjoy the tradition of the Blue Parrot today!
