A little look into the kitchen as dinner comes together.

Fresh ingredients, a busy kitchen, and a team that keeps everything moving from prep to plate.

Because every dish that makes it to the table starts with the people behind the scenes.

Negroni Week is here!
From September 21–27, we’re joining bars and restaurants around the world to celebrate the Negroni while supporting a good cause.
This year, Negroni Week supports Slow Food and its work to protect culinary traditions, biodiversity, and a more sustainable and equitable food and beverage culture. $1 from each feature negroni sold will support the cause, which we will match 100%.
Come raise a glass with us at Il Cappello. Good drinks, good food, and a good reason to toast.
Salute!
