Important updates from Kanadell ❤️
(Sorry, there was some mistake on menu page so I’m re-posting this..)
To our amazing community—thank you, always, for supporting our small independent bakery.
This was not an easy decision.
Over the past several years, rising costs across ingredients, packaging, utilities, rent, and labour have made it increasingly difficult for us to continue operating exactly as we have.
In order to keep Kanadell going for the long term, we’ve made some important changes starting this June.
These include:
🕒 Updated business hours
🥐 Some menu changes
💲 Select price adjustments
A few beloved items will be saying goodbye, but we’re also excited to introduce new things—including more café-friendly toast items, new savoury options, and fresh treats ✨
One important update:
Wednesdays will become our Café Day (11 AM–7 PM)
Drinks and hot food will be available as usual, with a smaller bakery selection gradually available from around noon.
(No loaves, no animal buns, but fresh curry pans and melon pans!)
These changes were made with a lot of thought, care, and honestly, a heavy heart—but with the goal of building a stronger, more sustainable future for Kanadell.
